[Users] OpenSER crashes when attempting to use null avp variable

should be "keep CC-ing to mailing list", I think this must be mandatory. 
I think there is an option to mailman to set the reply-to address. But I 
guess then will be troubles with reply all, since will get only to 
reply-to address -- at least will get back to mailing list.
