[Serusers] SERWeb stalling

Hi,
I never meet this behaviour. Please let me know if you find any cause of 
this grinds. Is restarting of proxy necessary? I dont think so. But if 
you have to restart apacha, there could be something wrong with your 
apache/php installation/configuration.
