Hi Tomasz,
it seems to me that you have compiled SER's core with another allocation
method than libraries. 

If you have changed one of Makefiles before compiling SER but after
compiling libraries simply recompile libraries (make proper; make -f
Makefile.ser in libs directory)

If you have compiled SER with some command line arguments related to
allocation method, please try to put the same flags when compiling
libraries.

In SER 2.0 should be possible to let libraries to be compiled
automaticaly thus you can try to run 'make proper' in SER's directory
and than compile it again the same way you did. 

If it won't help, please send me your make parameters which you used to
compile ser. (and if you do any changes in Makefile/Makefile.defs please
specify them too)
