Can someone please help me to explain this error?

When I try to open firefox ...http://lolcalhost/serweb
there is the following error in
/var/log/apache2/erro_log:

[Mon Jan 15 13:48:00 2007] [error] [client 127.0.0.1]
client denied by server configuration:
/var/www/html/error_log
