[Serusers] Header Selects

Andrey, If you are trying to compile current CVS HEAD you will have
problems because DB support is broken now - Jan is doing changes in DB
API basics. I reccomend you to use Ottendorf branch (branch named
rel_2_0_0) or sources before last Friday (or Thursday I'm not sure).
