[Serusers] One-Way Audio call via Clarent Analog gateway

Cisco supports active media, I'm not sure about Clarent. With active 
media, calls behind a symmetric NAT will work fine because the GW waits 
for the first RTP packet from the UA before forwarding back on the port 
it received the packet.  Thus, you don't need rtp proxying.
