Thanks . I will have a look.

BTW, can you please help clarify what "did" means in the context of ser.cfg 
and ser_ctl. I see that "did" is a parameter that needs to be specified in 
some places.  According to my understanding, did is "direct inward dialing" 
and I an unable to see the relevance/connection w/ ser.
