[Serusers] Variables in Ser.cfg

Hello all,
 
I have a file txt and a variable.
 
I need to do this in ser.cfg:
 
             $variable = cat /tmp/file.txt 
 
             Replace_all("bobobo", "%$variable");
 
But It`s not run.
 
How can I do this?
