[Serusers] Serctl commands don't work

Hi,

I have installed the Presence Version of SER on a SUSE Linux Server.

If I want to add a user with the command "serctl add ...", I get following 
message:
"error: 500 Command 'ul_show_contact' not found"

The same with serctl moni:

500 Command 'version' not found
500 Command 'uptime' not found
...

I hope, someone can help me.
