[Users] OpenSER as a remote side Outbound Proxy?

Is it possible to configure the OpenSER with nathelper/mediaproxy to act as a remote-side outbound proxy? I have tried to make it, but unfortunately still can not do that. It will be best if someone shares a working openser.cfg file. The best I got is that when the UA makes call it works OK, but the UA can not be dialed from other UA in the network. Maybe it is not even registered.
