[Serusers] Problem in running Serweb

[Andrey Kouprianov]

read up INSTALL file inside the serweb untared directory. They shortly
explain on installation. Could you also check on the Click-to-Dial and
IM capability of SERWEB? I tried, but it doesn't work. :(
