[Serusers] problem installing external modules

two errors,

1.
parse error (70,20-21): Can't set module parameter:
modparam("auth_db|domain|group|uri|usrloc", "db_url", 
"sql://serro:xxxx@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/ser")
..but here I think I should send you all the configuration file.

2.
parse error (329,55-56): unknown command, missing loadmodule?:
} else if ((method=="INVITE") & !check_from()) {
