[Serusers] CDRs/accounting

Hey guys, so I've been doing lots of reading up on how SER works, but I 
haven't found all that much information how SER deals with CDRs.

[How] can CDRs be stored in a database?
[How] can CDRs be sent to another running process in realtime?
