[Serusers] Problem with the gw-pstn.cfg

Dear Andrey and supporters!

Enclosed is completed ser.cfg, permissions.allow, and permissions.deny of my
SER.  Would you please look at it to tell me why it is not working.
Is the gw-psnt.cfg working for you? On my SER, it works with any other *.cfg
files that I download from onsip.org.
