[Serusers] SER with multiple Media Proxy

mediaproxy uses DNS SRV based on the domain name of the user. Thus, if 
your users are divided according to domains, you can configure DNS SRV 
and mediaproxy will automatically distribute to different proxies. Read 
the mediaproxy documentation.
