[Serusers] SERWEB (urgent)...path problem(include)

hi,
  when i type : tail -f  /var/log/httpd-error.log 
 displayed messege : tail: cannot open `/var/log/httpd-error.log' for reading: No such file or directory tail: no files remaining
 
 /var/log/httpd/error_log

then look back to error log and try to figure out that is wrong or give
