[Serusers] SERWEB (urgent)...path problem(include)

[Mindaugas Kuprys]

run tail -f  /var/log/httpd-error.log
then try to access http://localhost/serweb/admin/index.php
then look back to error log and try to figure out that is wrong or give 
us an output
