Angel,

I dont know what you want to achieve, but why did you registered a Contact by 
hand?
I assume 10.22.1.249 is the address of your server. Why do you insert a 
Contact with the local address of the proxy? This only introduces an endless 
loop.

You can try the following two commands they should have the same result:
'sipsak -UI -s sip:ninguna at YOURSERVER'
'sipsak -UM -s sip:ninguna at YORUSERVER'
