[Serusers] SER Vs. SIPsak = 483, incoerence!!!!

Nils, thank for making me se this.

Despite of this i thin this is starnger, because i maque a REGISTER or
INVITE and this doesn´t happen.

Now I´m sending my ser.cfg files. To see wath is wrong.
