[Serusers] append_rpid_hf

Do you use something like:

  modparam("auth", "rpid_prefix", "<sip:")
  modparam("auth", "rpid_suffix",
    ";user=phone>;party=calling;screen=yes;id-type=subscriber;privacy=full")
