[Serusers] append_rpid_hf

Hi!

I authenticate all users to my proxy, but the append_rpid_hf doesn't have
any affect to my header.

I tried it like this:

avp_db_load("$from/username", "s:rpid/$scheme1");
consume_credentials();
append_rpid_hf();

... without result. Has someone of you a complete example for me?
