[Serusers] any reason why nated softphones are not working on 5060

Some ideas:
- port 5060 is blocked (eg. by your ISP)
- port 5060 is already in use and the softphone can't bind to another port
- There is an ALG which handles SIP packets (identified by port 5060)
but with a crappy implementation
