[Serusers] Not able to download SER from IPTEL site

 Hi,

I am trying to access

ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/ser/latest/

to download SER. After trying for many times also, I am not able to
reach this site

Has anybody faced this problem ? If yes, what is the solution ?
