[Serusers] rtpproxy & video

rtpproxy CVS HEAD supports video according to Maxim's check-in notes (i.e. 
not 0.9.0).  I have not heard anybody report on successful use of rtpproxy 
for video. There is also a patch (found in serusers archives) that people 
have reported to work.
Mediaproxy supports video.
