[Serusers] problem: chkconfig --add mediaproxy

Whenever I try, chkconfig --add mediaproxy
I get, "service mediaproxy does not support chkconfig"

I have put boot/mediaproxy.other (that came with source) file as
/etc/rc.d/init.d/mediaproxy

Can anybody help please.
