[Serusers] Install from sources howto

Thx for the first part, what about compiling, wich commands does I have to
issue, they are many possibilities in the documentation.

To untar the tarball, you can issue the following
command.

#tar -xzvf ser-0.xx_src.tar.gz

Alternatively you can download the source code from
the cvs tree.
