[Serusers] Windows messenger 4.7.3001 does not have Account Tab ?

Dear Klaus,
I tried this on WinXP and Win2K. As you mentioned, presence does not work. As such, right-click on contact will have the 'Start a Voice Conversation' being greyed out. How to overcome this ? Please advise.
