[Serusers] Windows messenger 4.7.3001 does not have Account Tab ?

SIP was removed with SP2. You can downgrade to the original 4.7, but 
authentication does nto work anymore. I suggest upgrading to 5.1. 
Presence does not work, but Voice+Video works fine as always with WM. 
And the new WM remembers your password :-)
