[Serusers] MySQL problem

I have the following error while restarting the SER:

 connect_db(): Client does not support authentication protocol
requested by server. Consider upgrading MySQL client.

I have upgraded the server, the client and the librarys, but it still does
not work. Can anybody help me please?
