On the gateway you can try enabling debug commands to see how/if the gateway
is interacting with your Service Provider and your SER box. Two commands
I use
often are debug isdn q931 and debug ccsip messages. debug voice ccapi
inout is
handy sometimes but it produces quite a bit of information.
show dialplan number <extension> is an easy way to see which dial-peers are
being matched.
The unsupported command csim start <extension> may help too. This command
provides a way for the router to initiate a call. The router cannot
participate in a
conversation only ring the specified phone number. This is handy if you
want to
test if a dial-peer is forwarding calls for the specified number to SER.
Of course there is tail -f <ser log file> too.
