[Serusers] Call expires after 30 seconds with SER + MEDIAPROXY+VOVIDA B2BUA

Is it running out of credit? I'm not familiar with VOVIDA B2BUA but I
remember there is some internal timer of 30s which trigger the BYE. You may
ask people in the b2bua mailing list.
