Hi all,

I asked to polycom how to place on hold with music
caller when i press hold key.
I use SER and asterisk to provide MOH.

>From Polycom:
We don't support this because when in BroadSoft and
Sylantro 
environments, the servers act as 3pcc's so the phone
doesn't need to do anything 
for the system to get MOH (i.e., we don't need 7155 in
these 
environments.

Does Ser is able to act as a 3pcc to provide MOH when
hold key is pressed ?
