[Serusers] failed to lookup for few seconds for every one hour

Hi Group,

 I am seeing issues where lookup() failing for every one hour for period of few seconds. ( ~ 20 to 30 seconds).

Is it known issues ?

Any house keeping happening for every hour ???

Version SER software: 0.8.12
