In fact ser crashes when it tries to print the parsed config (it does
this if the debugging level is very high). ser doesn't really start :-)

Try to update from the cvs, it should be fixed now.

solaris doesn't like thins like printf("%s\n", 0)  (which works ok
 with glibc).
