[Serusers] radius authentication with 0.9.3 stable

Hello Steve, 
You need to configure the parameters of your radius client too: the key, the
auth server and port, etc.  You need to modify the
/usr/local/etc/radiusclient-ng/radiusclient.conf in order to to this.  And
of course, you need a Radius SERVER.
