[Serusers] 481 Call/Transaction Does Not Exist

Hi

I dont follow, :-), what is a crossed BYE, and if this does happen in my
acc table I get 2 BYE for 1 INVITE one with a 200, and one is a 481,
obvioulsy I bin the 481 one, but it seems to only happen from a certain
(unbranded) IP phone.
