[Serusers] STOP NOTIFY

Well, if you don't think you need NOTIFY's you could do:

if (method == NOTIFY) {
	sl_send_reply("200", "blah blah")
	break;
	}

You'd want to put that before your accounting setflag.

How can I configure ser to stop sending NOTIFY on the table acc? It's
flooding my database, it inserts row like 800+ every minute.
