[Serusers] eybeam and ser PA module

Hi all!

On the sipthat blog (http://sipthat.com/) there is an article about the 
eyebeam SDK which comes with an PA module for ser.

Does anybody have more infos on this module? Is it new or only extended? 
Is it available without buying the SDK?
