[Serusers] SER & SEMS

Ian:

  What version of SER are you using? I have 0.8.14 stable. In this 
release the
fifo_db_url parameter behaved as you described so I removed it without
any adverse affects. Other than loading vm.so and defining the
modparam("voicemail", "db_url", "mysql://ser:<rwuser>@localhost/ser")  I
didn't need to make any specific changes to get SEMS to work.
