[Serusers] CDRTool help !!!

Hi,

Does anyone know how to configure CDRTool global.inc.
I want to use it with SER ACC.

I have this error :

Database error: pconnect(db-log, cdradmin, $Password) failed.
MySQL Error: ()
Session halted.
