[Serusers] aliases and table and ringing two phones using same ID

just a quick update, me being dumb, seems as if manually i can add into
mysql, but via serctl its a no go,
if I try serctl alias add 12345 abc at xyz.com

I get

error: <sip:abc at xyz.com>;q=1;expires=-854

PS this is in unstable , so I guess its something to do with that
