[Serusers] Can't run SER with radius

Just download the source code and type "make" under ser/modules/auth_radius/
Then copy the auth_radius.so to /usr/local/lib/ser/modules/
Re-run your serctl.
Make sure you have to install radiusclient package first before compile it.
