[Serusers] Warning: fopen(/tmp/ser_fifo):

Sorry about a stupid question but I'm pretty new to linux and ser.

When I access the serweb I get this error: 

Warning: fopen(/tmp/ser_fifo): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/apache2/htdocs/serweb/functions.php on line 206

Howto fix it?
