Hi Rick,

the error is generated by usrloc module - your script does not set the 
db_url for this module. Try to disable the DB support:
    modparam("usrloc", "db_mode", 0)
or to set the db_url:
    modparam("usrloc", "db_url", "mysql://serusr:testpass@192.168.0.54/ser")
