[Serusers] alias flag prob

Hello,
 
Has anyone else experienced the below error when adding an alias using
ser version 0.9.0?
 
1(28100) ERROR:ul_add: flags expected
400 ul_add; flags expected
 
I am going according to the usage info: serctl alias add <alias> <uri>
