I just tried it using a PAP2 in my office and it works fine with 10ms 
frames (confirmed using Ethereal).  Maybe your gateway is the one that 
does not like 10ms G729 frames.  Why don't you try a call between 2 UAs 
using the rtpproxy to verify.
