[Serusers] SER got error during the start due to MySQL connection 2

SER uses default password "heslo". Make sure your password matchs both in 
MySQL and in your configuration file: modparam("usrloc", "db_url", 
"mysql://ser:mypass@fwd.serout.com/myserdb")

Also if MySQL is running on the same Linux then try to use "localhost" 
instead "fwd.serout.com" and "ser" instead "myserdb". Unless you make 
everything matchs then you are going to see this kind of access database 
failed message. good luck.
