[Serusers] e164 exchanges

Are companies like packet8 vonage broadvoice (US ones) part of any of 
these exchanges. I am sure there is a call for a list, if neones up for 
it, I'll maintain it, as long as I can get details. That way at least 
you know that you have "interconnected" with xyz provider
