[Serusers] Ser is giving error and softphone is also not registering

Hi friends !

I have one problem in ser that it is giving one error message 

Maxfwd module- initializing
 0(0) ERROR: tcp_init: bind(4, 0x80b5ae0, 16) on 127.0.0.1: Address
already in use
 
i also have one more problem that when i tried to register from a
softphone(sjphone) on the ser it is not getting any message and phone
is also showing unregistered.
Actually i have installed ser from binary package, can`t that work properly.
can anybody help me to solve this problem.
