[Serusers] digest authentication problems

Did you get any reply at all ? SER should send 401 at least. Make sure
you have something like this in your configuration file:
if (!www_authorize("", "subscriber")) {
www_challenge("", "0");
break;
};
www_challenge function sends 401 Unauthorized.
